This site only collects the information you choose to give us through a form, and only uses it to do the thing you asked for. No data is sold, and there is no third-party advertising tracking. Last updated June 2026.
Who runs this site
Charlescove.us is an independent community guide that is owned and operated by a Charles Cove resident. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or operated by the Charles Cove Community Development District, the homeowners association (HOA), the community developer, or any government entity. What we collect
Only what you type into a form and submit on purpose:
- Newsletter / "join the list": your name (optional) and email address.
- Contact, event submissions, and business recommendations: your name, email, and the message or details you include.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we have no resident roster, owner records, or property data scraped from the HOA, CDD, or any official source.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to do what the form was for (answer a question, review an event or recommendation).
- If you join the newsletter, to send occasional community news, event reminders, and amenity updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.
- If you reach out about buying or selling, to follow up with you about your real estate questions.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work — for example Resend (email delivery for replies and the newsletter) and Cloudflare (website hosting and form delivery). They process the data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. The site does not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any newsletter email, or email us.
- Access or delete: email contact@charlescove.us and we'll update or delete your information.
- The site is intended for adults; we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
